Haikuvasz

Mommy on bizness
P-Daddy also bizness
Biggie at kennel

Kennel pupz iz fun
But not enuf attenshun
Make humans notice!

Lunge on leash! Bark! Snap!
I guard my pack and walker!
To guard is my job

Now I walk alone.
When my Mommy, Daddy home?
I have bath today.

Means I go home soon.
Look like show dog for 1 day
Then back to normal.

I respect Mommy,
I good for Daddy. But
Not so good, others.

Biggie - That was a super poem. Momma says that when I walk with her I am what is called a "reactive doggie" which means I don't really like anybody getting too close. Do you have that, er, issue too? Its so tough being a big guy.

I love dog haiku! Here are a few I've written:

Storm clouds rolling in
Cold, wet drops fall from above
Go Inside? Not yet.

Large white vehicle
Slowly driving by outside
Better alert master

Rubber, bouncy toy
Something inside - smells tasty
It will be mine…soon

My stuffed hedge hog friend
No legs, no nose, no squeaker
Repair quickly, please?

My golden hair floats
Lands on masters pants, jacket
I’m with him always

Wags - Chris

Biggie, man, thanks for the Hi Queue. My momma really liked it. She says that its hard to explain what total bigness really means in a doggie, so good to know you understand.

I am busy with my new brother who is like a little midget doggie.

Hey Biggie - I had a dog, um, walker, come for a while, but all she did was play with me in the yard. I liked her plenty because she was, well, a gal!

I don't know how you get by in the big city where you can't just open you back door and run into your own yard.

P.S. My dog visiting person might be coming back because Dexter can't cross his legs for more than a couple of hours. Jeez!

Hi Biggie

Came over from Balboa's.

I don't respect mistress. She certainly can't write poems and neither can I.

When she couldn't work out what I was she thought I might be part Kuvasz, but I think she's dropped that idea. Although you do put your paws like me a little bit in your piccies.
